A. Each member yard has their own guarantee policy on the parts they sell. This depends on the type of parts sold and the quality. Please enquire when making your purchase.

Q. How do SuperHotline yards search for a requested part?

A. When calling a member yard if they are unable to supply the part ask to “Hotline” your request. The yard will then place the request over our private radio network to all member yards. Alternatively use the part request page on the Superhotline.com.au website which will email all members with your request.

Q. What are the benefits of purchasing a used part from an Auto Recycler?

A. Parts from an Auto Recycler are guaranteed quality parts usually sold at a fraction of the new price. Recycling auto parts is also beneficial to the environment and the economy.

Q. Are SuperHotline members licensed dealers?

A. Yes all SuperHotline members are licensed under the Motor Vehicle Dealers Act.
